Retention
Retention periods may vary. Information may be retained while a client relationship remains active, and some information may remain after account closure where reasonably required. Audit, security, contractual, backup and legal records may be retained for longer. Some information may not be deleted where there is a legal, contractual, security or legitimate business reason to retain it.
Service providers
Necessary service providers may process information on our behalf. These may include hosting providers and our email provider, Mailgun. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, although absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Such requests remain subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. This policy may be amended periodically.
